Right anyway!! We ARE able to have a club stand this year and I will be booking space for 30 cars this year. Now. If you ARE attending, please PLEASE let me know in this thread and then I will be able to update the first post with who is going, and therefore I can amend space requirements. Due to shift hours, I will be unable to attend this unless I can kinda swing some miracle or something, but hey...it could happen! So...I will require some volunteers to assist in the convoy into Beaulieu from the usual Pick Up Points (PUPS). Convoy details PUP 1 Winnal Tesco (The big one at Winchester A34/M3 Junction) Be there for: 8: 45am Leave at 8:55am PUP 2 M27 Rownhams Services WESTBOUND Be there for 9: 00am Leave at 09:20am PUP 3 Beaulieu Road Train Station (On the Lyndhurst - Beaulieu Road. Great for people from the West!) Be there for 09: 30am Leave at 09:50am when the convoy arrives! Arrive at Beaulieu for 10am. In theory... Tickets You can buy tickets on the day at the gate for £10 BUT its easier and cheaper to buy them online at http:// www.minicooper.org/ beaulieu/ beaulieu.htm You should get them in a couple of days! So.... Whom is coming to this great day out?!
