Firstly, many thanks to Sue (Tizzy) for letting me know about this (Not sure if someone else said as well....)

But anyway!

this company here at Fareham: http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/File/fareham-details.php

does alloy wheel refurbing, and they can take the tyres off the alloys and then will rebalance them for a small extra fee.

I will find out details from them if other peeps want, as I will be aiming to go sometime in the week starting  Saturday 5th April.

So....interested parties? Not sure if they do a group discount prehaps, but can't hurt to ask can it?!

If you do want to do them, can you let me know what make your wheels are, whether they have runflat tyres on, and what colour you want them, from the list shown on the left hand side of the site.

Peeps Interested

I have a connection with Panelrite in southampton they have fixed my white kurbs alloys all the time. They take the tire of strip the paint smooth fill etc etc and then repaint and laque etc etc all for £50 but if a few of you guys are interested i will be able to get that price down. Bargin plus the quality is second to non and it only takes an afternoon a really pro job i can speak from experience. Both full sets of wheels i have had refurbed are 16" white star alloys and 17" white flame alloys.

As you can see from this picture the wheel is perfect (brand new). Apart from the dirt where i need to clean it. Perfect job.

I used the wheel specialist in Fareham recently.  Really pleased with service and results - the guys in there were very professional and they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with.

Were white and scuffed when I got the wheels!

You brought white JCWS and sprayed them black?!

I see!!

Anyway! Was the company in Fareham the same company I've talked about in the first post?

Arron,

I might be interested in getting my 17" s-spokes fixed up and painted gloss black, if the price is right.
