Run/Event Rules - Please Read before posting a new event

1. Only events* that are open to all members can be posted.
2. Only one thread per event*.
3. The thread title must include the name and date of the event*.
4. Organisers should post details of the event* in the first post, including meeting time, place, details of accommodation, route, links to other sites, attendees etc..
5. The first post to be kept up to date by the thread originator, or the mods at the request by the thread originator.
6. The first post to include wording in the line of "the first post will contain the most up to date information, and the rest of the thread is likely to be mostly banter...".
7. Moderators reserve the right to lock/pull/moderate any event* thread or post that is deemed unsavoury without notice.
8. Decisions made by the moderators are final and are not up for discussion.
9. Events* that are from another site must include a link to the hosting site and all members attending runs for that site should sign up to that site to properly register for that event to keep all information in one place and to abide by Health and Safety/insurance requirements if required by that event*.
10. Please keep banter in event* threads to a minimum and ideally related to the event* taking place.

* Event covers all kinds of Meets, Events and Mini Runs.
